Subject: Important Notice Regarding Incentive Reductions
Attention Contractors:

As you will recall, SRP set up a declining incentive schedule tied to how much solar capacity is added through the program this fiscal year (May 1, 2011 - April 30, 2012). Specifically, SRP set aside funding for a total of 1.1 megawatts (MW) of small commercial solar electric installations with a budget of $1.4M. Today, SRP has reached this funding cap. We will honor the $1.00 per watt incentive level for all small commercial customers who submitted complete and accurate applications prior to this announcement.

To assist commercial customers with projects currently under development, but that have not received an incentive reservation, SRP will offer an additional 200 kilowatts of small commercial solar electric system incentives at an incentive level of $0.60 per watt (up to $18,000) for applications submitted through April 30, 2012. This additional capacity will be funded by reallocating funds from the Commercial Solar Water Heating Program.

If you have an application that has not yet been submitted to SRP, please note that the $0.60 per watt incentive level must be reflected on the application.
