An escalating dispute between some U.S. solar companies and Chinese manufacturers could throw the solar power industry into complete disarray and put Phoenix and Arizona right in the middle of the battle. At least that's what people at the Greater Phoenix Economic Council are concerned about, along with the Coalition for Affordable Solar Energy.
