The Arizona Corporation Commission is currently reviewing the 2012 Renewable Energy Implementation Plans for Arizona Public Service, Tucson Electric Power, and UNS Electric. There is a lot of concern that the ACC will rule in favor of reducing funding for the state's solar programs. The ACC's decision on what these 2012 plans look like will have a big impact on solar in Arizona for years to come.

APS has 3 proposals in front of the ACC now. Option 1 proposes no incentives for non-residential distributed renewables. The ACC will hear this next week and as early as Monday.
